Institutional Digital Asset Liquidity, Engineered for Scale

FlowTC quotes large digital-asset trades against a consolidated book built from six venues, locks the rate before you fund, and publishes what every trade actually cost against the market at the moment you agreed it.

Pricing you can check

Every quote is priced off the measured cost of sourcing it across the consolidated book, not off a rate card. You see the all-in spread before you confirm, and the receipt afterwards shows what the market did while we settled.

Discreet, not anonymous

Your order never touches a public order book, so size does not signal to the market, and counterparties on the escrow board never see who is on the other side. Clients are known to the desk — this is discretion from the market, not from us.

Built to integrate

A REST API with scoped keys does everything the dashboard does, so the desk fits the treasury workflow you already run. Per-trade records and monthly statements export as PDF or CSV.

Multi-venue routing

The router walks a consolidated book assembled live from OKX, Coinbase, Binance, Binance.US, Bybit and Hyperliquid, and sizes a clip against the levels that actually hold depth — so the quote reflects real sourcing cost, not one venue's top of book.

Firm quotes, watched in flight

The rate is locked when you agree it and does not move while you fund. If the market drifts outside the band while your trade is in flight, the desk pauses it and comes back to you rather than settling you into a worse price.

Security you can audit

Two-factor sign-in, venue credentials encrypted at rest and decrypted only at the point of use, and an append-only event ledger behind every trade. Each payout is claimed exactly once before it is signed, so a retry can never pay twice.

Why FlowTC

Institutional OTC execution that keeps your size off public order books, on firm quotes that do not move against you between agreement and settlement.

How it settles

The five states a client sees on their own trade — the same labels the product uses, not a simplified retelling: quote agreed, funds received, executing, settling on-chain, and paid out.

Partners

Liquidity, settlement and compliance counterparties. Entries marked “integrating” are built but not yet carrying production flow.

Frequently asked questions

What is a crypto-to-crypto OTC market?

An over-the-counter market lets you trade large volumes directly against deep liquidity, without routing through public order books that move the price.

How do you keep my size from moving the market?

Your order is never posted to a public order book, so it cannot be seen or front-run. The desk prices it against a consolidated book built from six venues and sources the fill across the levels that hold real depth. Impact is minimised, not eliminated — and the receipt tells you exactly what it cost, in basis points, against the market at the moment you agreed the rate.

Which assets and networks can I trade?

BTC on Bitcoin; ETH on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base; USDT and USDC on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base; BNB on BNB Smart Chain; SOL on Solana; HYPE on HyperEVM; ZEC on Zcash (transparent addresses); LTC on Litecoin; and DOGE on Dogecoin. You choose the token and the network separately, so the payout arrives on the chain you actually want it on.

How long is a quote good for?

Ninety seconds. Within that window the rate is firm and there is no last look — we do not re-price or reject after you accept. If the window lapses, request a fresh quote; you are never filled at a rate you did not see.

How is the rate built?

A live venue mid plus a size-tiered spread, where larger tickets price tighter. The number you confirm is all-in: the output amount shown is what lands in your wallet, and nothing is added afterwards.

What are the fees?

Commissions are volume-based and among the lowest available for high-volume OTC transactions. You always see the fee before you confirm.

Is my activity confidential?

Confidential from the market, not from us. Your order does not appear on any public book, and counterparties in escrow never see who is on the other side. The desk does know its clients and verifies who it trades with.

What happens after I fund the trade?

You follow five milestones on the trade itself: payment received, funds moved to trading, trade executed, preparing your delivery, delivered to your wallet. They are the same states the desk works from, not a simplified progress bar.

How long does settlement take?

The clock starts once your deposit reaches the confirmations that network requires — 3 on Bitcoin, 6 on Litecoin, 15 on BNB Smart Chain, 24 on Zcash, 32 slots on Solana, 40 on Dogecoin, 50 on Arbitrum and Base, and 64 on Ethereum. Most swaps deliver well inside the same session. We publish the live median and 95th-percentile settlement times on our transparency page rather than quoting a marketing figure.

What if I send the wrong amount, or from the wrong network?

The deposit is checked against the address and network the trade expects before anything moves. A mismatch is flagged to you with what was expected and what arrived, and you can submit a corrected transaction hash — the trade does not silently stall with your funds in it.

Do you hold my funds between trades?

No. There is no account balance to top up and nothing sits with us when you are not trading. Each swap is funded, executed and paid out as one cycle, then closed.

How many swaps can I run at once?

Up to five open orders at a time. The cap keeps quotes honest — every live order is inventory we have to price against — and clears as each one settles.

What records do I get?

Every settled swap carries an execution-quality record on its receipt: the market rate at the moment of the quote, the all-in spread, and what the market did while we settled at your locked rate. Monthly statements download as PDF, and you can generate a report over any date range.

Can I secure my account with two-factor authentication?

Yes. Time-based one-time codes from any authenticator app can be enabled on your account, and are required at sign-in once switched on.
